Sat at bar on 3:3:/24 and it took awhile to be acknowledged. Eventually, the blonde waitress came over. Asked for 2 menus, received 1. Never came over to ask what she can help us with. Decided to leave after my husband drank his beer. FYI, $12.00 for a bowl of soup. $18 for a Reuben. $27 for chicken Parmesan and not an Italian restaurant. I’ll go elsewhere or to Chicago for these prices. Go elsewhere. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Waited over an hour for a table. Asked politely how long the wait would be and some manager said “I have no idea, I can’t just go up to the tables and ask when these people are going to leave.” Okay, sir…I was asking nicely as I have two young kids with me and we had already been waiting for an hour. We finally get a table in the main dinning room. They have live music that is so loud you can’t even hear yourself think. Not enjoyable. Pizza came out first and then we waited over 30 minutes for the entrees which all came out at staggered times. No explanation. We had to immediately ask for to go boxes because it took 75 minutes for food to come out after being seated. Ridiculously terrible service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went tonight with my family the service started off ok but ended terrible One of the pizzas was never delivered and two kids didn’t get to eat They said it would be 10 minutes for that pizza after 20 minutes server came back and said it would be another 20 minutes ends up it was to long so we had to leave We waited for the check our sever passed it off to someone else and went to go serve other tables we had to ask for our credit card to get returned with the check Also we got ribs and our server never got the plate and took it It was sitting there for 30 minutes Overall if you are in a rush DEFINITELY do NOT recommend Pizza was fine but they had terrible service and was not good at all. Attended a baby shower at Fox’s Pizza at the Orland Park location. The banquet room was located downstairs and I observed an elderly lady having a slight issue descending the stairs. The stairs from my brief observation appeared to have a weird sag like slant on them that I could feel in my feet. Upon reaching the room it was set up visually appealing and clean and neat. Service started off to a rocky start with serving a cream of chicken that didn’t really have any protein in it that my table observed. We had to wait a few minutes to actually eat it because they didn’t give a couple of the tables any spoons and my fork wasn’t up to the task. Found it odd that the crackers for the soup were brought out after the soups were already finished. But when the main courses came out it more than made up for the start of service. The food was really decent and tasted much better than the majority of establishments that serve family style servings. Additionally the staff were super friendly and I didn’t notice any of our beverages ever getting empty before another one was ready. Overall I would definitely eat here again. I ordered a small pizza I received an individual size at best. I paid almost $30 for this pizza. Whatever you do DO NOT EAT HERE! This place is a total rip-off! When I called to express my concerns KYLE said there was nothing he could do and this wasn’t his problem. Apparently the small pizza went down in size from a 12” to a 10” prices went up as well. Great band and fun atmosphere, gave it one star just for this reason. The service was horrible, food was below average. My boyfriend got really sick off of the food. He didn’t eat anything else that day. The next day he was sick the entire day. The next day he was sick the entire day. Plus they kept messing up the order. The waitress was horrible as she was going off on us. They finally did adjust our bill but we won’t go to the establishment that berates and belittles and also gets their patrons sick.
