This place looks run-down, but it has the best puertorrican chinesse food I've ever tasted. Go for the sesame chicken, the smoked ribs, and the orange chicken. The fried rice is perfect, and the garlic tostones are delicious. Just pick up your food and go home. Eating at the restaurant is not recommended.
