We tried this restaurant today after checking the reviews. My review: Less vegetarian options. Refill was taking time (20-30 mins). Some items did not even refill like Salad, Juice. We are vegetarian so we didn't have choice other than waiting for refills. However, food was tasty. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The new management is absolutely fantastic! The food is even better than before and the new staff is so kind and friendly! Back when the restaurant was Minerva, the food was always amazing but the service was terrible. Huge improvement! Highly recommend! Food was really good and staff is always friendly. Been a few times and ordered through uber eats, it's always solid. Bring cash to tip your servers though, they won't get the credit card tips! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

What a find. Usually the buffets are predictable and bland...not here. Amazing taste and variety. Mango Lassi and Chai included! We will be back everytime we visit Southlake. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
