12/10/23 overheard someone mention burgers and Flavor Factory. So we pulled up and we weren't disappointed. The menu is simple and good. The Inferno burger was very tasty. A large handmade patty, cheese, thiccck cut bacon, jalapeños, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles. The bun was toasted. Fries are season steak fries. Onion rings are good as well. The high star rating is not a reality, skip this place. Waited 30+ minutes for our order to discover it was lost. after saying something, they finally found our order. another 15 minutes they brought it out, it was not worth eating. Forgot the bacon and burgers have a dry flavorless patty and don't taste good. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Delicious food and great service. Visiting family from out of town, we decided to give the Flavor Factory a try. So happy we did!
