My.hisband and I had been running errands all day and pulled in to get some burgers to take home. We had a great experience got our food and was headed home pullled in the garage abd realized I left my purse in the restaurant . .. called up there and sure enough I did. Always a great meal. $$ A little pricey, but delicious food and great customer service. I always get the small fries and split between 2 people as they overfill the fries. The customer services were great. Friendly and courteous. Great burger and fries. We felt so guilty after consuming a triple pattie burger and a double pattie and what seemed to be endless french fries. This was definitely a decadent indulgence. Enjoyed! There were no customers in line when we arrived. We waited about 8 minutes while our food was freshly prepared. Customer service was acceptable. The food was delicious and expensive! $30+ for 2 burgers and one regular fry!

If you read through the latest reviews, the one common theme is that the food is too expensive for fast-casual. I had not been to Five Guys in years. The food was OK. The price was $17.63 for a basic cheeseburger and small fries, no drink. I am sorry, but I will not be back. I don't expect this national franchise to last another 5 years. The food taste great and is authentic to a great burger joint and the milkshake taste like it came from an authentic ice cream parlor both taste straight out of a movies a real treat for my palette. This place should be hosted on the Food channel. They are a little pricey but the portions are big I cut the bacon cheeseburger with all the fixin's and half and shared it with my son and it was enough homemade fries to share with the family. Wow very delightful place to eat...

I love it it's a great deal on burgers. Through little bit expensive but they are fantastic. My favorite is a double with cheese lettuce tomatoes and lots of hot sauce lots of hot sauce.
