When you're traveling, it's sometimes hard to find good places to eat without searching. Fiesta Cancun was perfect. The food was really good! The service was top-notch and fast. We found this Gem not to long ago and have been there once every week! Awesome authentic tasting food! It can't compare to the Fiesta Cancuns in Rockford! It's way above them! Their cooks are just wonderful! Always pleasant servers and always busy! Which is a good sign! Try it, you will keep coming there instead of the other locations. It's all about the flavorful food! I was disappointed when we ate here. The food had a large problem with having the correct moisture levels- some meals had the consistency of a soaked sponge whereas the beef seemed to mimic sawdust. Even the drinks weren't exempt from this as I was very disappointed after taking a sip of my horchata and was left with a terrible gritty aftertaste.
