I highly recommend FDW Floral Designs. I used them for a corporate event and was not disappointed. Nancy did such an amazing job with the arrangements and was such a joy to work with. I lost count of how many people asked where the arrangements came from. We were so pleased with the service and communication - we hope to work with her again in the future.

Mrs Nancy has been doing my flowers for a very long time, for my daughters resting place. Nancy ALWAYS goes above, and beyond in making sure every flower is perfect! She truly is a very hard worker! Her artistic ways, and personality has me for a life long customer. Thank you Nancy for your beautiful flowers, and your caring attitude!

Disappointed. While my bridal bouquet was pretty it was not designed as requested. I went with pictures of everything I was seeking and nothing was on point except the men's boutonnieres. Hydrangeas were painted instead of natural blue request and died overnight. Bridal bouquets were much smaller than requested. She cancelled my meeting the day before wedding which would have allowed for corrections. I was running behind on my wedding day so when I reached out after to express a complaint she blocked me and said she was insulted. She tried to blame me stating I made changes when we only met once. When asking for a partial refund she blocked me on social media. Not good business practices. She ended up refunding only $25 because I called her on the fact that if she truly had everything written down then she should not have called me the day before asking if I wanted white or blue hydrangeas so since I did not receive the hydrangeas natural blue and she sprayed them she refunded that money only. My suggestion to brides if dealing with Nancy directly get everything in writing prior and make sure she does not cancel your appointment to view your flowers.

Mrs Nancy (owner of Flossy Design World) opened her business for my family on the weekend...when she was closed...to make arrangements for my cousin's funeral. We did several custom orders and she rocked every one of them!! She's also done a corsage and a floral arrangement for my daughter's prom and graduation. We love her work!!
