Went for the first time and was pretty impressed right off the bat. The atmosphere was very comfortable and welcoming. There wasn't a wait when we went. The owner was actively engaging with guests and the service was excellent. Yesterday was my cousins birthday and she loves Mediterranean. We had the best time. The food was AMAZING and they offered many vegetarian options. The food was perfectly seasoned and the portion sizes, WOW. Our server was so patient in serving us and the decor was beautiful. The food came out hot, fresh and correct. The food was very good (except the fries had zero salt and there was no salt or pepper on any of the tables), the restaurant was clean and very well decorated. It felt immersive, culturally speaking. The waitress we had was very friendly and attentive. Where this restaurant falls short is the automatic gratuity of 15% (no matter what party size) and a mandatory 4% charge if using a credit card. We also asked for water. Bottled water was brought to the table, and we were charged $2 per bottle. The waitress never asked if we wanted tap or bottled. That’s generally a question that should be asked. We felt like everything was nickeled and dimed. We enjoyed it, but probably won’t go back. Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

One of if not the best middle eastern restaurants in the Houston area. The food has a homemade taste to it and the atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing, perfect for families or just a night out with friends. All that in mind, the service here is where Fairouz really shines, our servers Nana and Janna made us feel at home and took care of everything with a smile. I eat out a lot and this is the best Mediterranean food I've ever eaten. The food is packed with flavor and the environment of the place is beautiful. Customer service was also outstanding. Our server Sam was super friendly as well. I'm set on getting catering done from them for bigger events. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves food, incredible vibes, and amazing service.
