Once the promenade around the Stevenson House is over, visit Esteban. This bar has nicely cooked grilled prawns, lamb cutlets and beet salads listed on the menu. Enjoy the good pumpkin pie, it's quite appetizing. If you're the delicious house wine fan, you may enjoy Esteban. As visitors write in their reviews, espresso offered at this place is great. This spot provides food delivery for the convenience of its clients. The atmosphere of hospitality of this bar highly depends on the staff, that is efficient here. The terrific service demonstrates a high level of quality at Esteban. Here you will pay low prices. You will certainly appreciate the nice atmosphere and cute fireplace. The overall score of this place on Google is 4.4. Read the menu online at Restaurant Guru and visit this spot to have great time.

It's hard not to love the staff at Esteban's. They genuinely seem to enjoy working there. We've eaten inside and on the patio. Last night we just stopped and got empanadas and the crispy brussel sprouts...OMG. We also got our dog the chilled marrow bone. She decided to eat it back at home :) Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Tapas

Octopus and beet salad - some of the best I have ever had! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
Esteban might be overhyped, we don't plan to return. Cons: - They charge $9 for "house water" here. Someone, not our waiter, muttered "Can I get you water, still or sparkling". I said sparkling and my partner said still, resulting in them serving us two 1-Liter waters and charging $18. There should be more transparency, and additionally a good staff would pause and double check if a guest actually wanted 1-liter of water plus a cocktail. This practice is a sleazy way to inflate a bill. - Crispy oyster mushrooms had good flavor but were not crispy. - House special cocktails sounded great but were just okay. Pros - Scallops were great. The squash puree with them was fun! - Pimientos were really good and a generous serving. Service was pretty good. Overall, there's better food elsewhere, and I'm annoyed at the house water thing. This place is a hidden gem. Yes it’s a hotel restaurant as others have pointed out, but why does that matter? The service is fast and friendly, the food, oh my the food was excellent. We haven’t had a bad plate, each of the tapas we’ve ordered has been excellent and we’ve been twice and tried ~10 now. The Iberico pork, the Brussels with glazed bacon, the roasted vegetables, my god all of this food is excellent. It was exquisite. I started with a craft gin cocktail off menu, that was lovely. We were celebrating our Anniversary which they honored with a complimentary champagne toast. The sharable plates were perfectly and beautifully 'plated' and served in perfect timing that allowed us to enjoy and savor every bite and build up a moment of anticipation before they delivered the next dish. Every bite of every dish was absolutely delicious. The Brussel Sprouts are a MUST, the sea scallops were divine as was the pork belly. My wagyu steak with artichokes were exceptional - and I honestly thought I hated artichokes. My husband's New Zealand veal arrived looking like a plate from a magazine photo, and tasted of the same caliber. We can not wait to return. 10/10!
