I’m a loyal customer for this coffee shop. I bought coffee beans for a lot of time but I got aged beans this time. I sincerely asked to exchange or refund for rotten beans but the manager was not so nice. Super disappointed with this manager and store. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered hot caramel latte and the guy didn’t bother to add any caramel in it despite me telling him that even after I tasted it, he said he did, now I’m in my car i finished the latte and no caramel at all Funny how expensive it is the coffee here but the service is -0 Service: 1

The atmosphere is nice, the staff is always nice, but their food and drinks are not what they use to be. I had them remake my drink this morning because the first one was nothing but ice chips. Then the second time it was overly sweet with syrups I couldn’t even taste the coffee. These are easy fixes though, so I hope management does some training.
