Super friendly and inviting small bar and restaurant. The menu is small but everything is excellent, which we prefer in a venue like this. Nice small stage for live music! Emily’s was an absolute gem in the town of Waitsfield, Vt. We were greeted by the woman herself with a smile & immediate top notch service. We had the boneless Buffalo wings to start which were clearly homemade (no “out of the freezer bag” nonsense here!) and delicious! We then had the Moroccan Lamb Kofta which was spiced just right, drizzled with a “white” sauce and a creamy & a bit spicy (but not hot) sauce inside a mouth watering pita with assorted, fresh veggies & herbs. Emily has a full bar available & a friendly hard-working staff. Don’t miss out on this lovely bistro. We were delighted and impressed to the highest extent. Wow is the final thing I have to write! Stopped in here I’m on a ski trip to Sugarbush. We were greeted at the bar with a friendly smile by Emily. We enjoyed exquisite Manhattan and Old Fashioned that were mixed to perfection.
