I order my donuts early in the morning and pick up in the early afternoon. They told me I could do this and I love it because I aways get my favorite before they sell out.. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Getting married and order a few simple desserts. Called a few days before the wedding to check on the order and they couldn't find it. After calling then back a few hours later they had not gotten the order ready and said they could still get it done on time. They had the nerve to tell us they wouldn't charge us a rush fee for their screw up. When I called to check on the order the day of the wedding they couldn't locate the order based on the name and when I arrived to pick it up they still had a hard time finding it. Avoid at all costs or risk gambling with your time and money. Edit: For the store's response. I did not hang up on them. I told them I would call them back with my exact order. The clerk responded "ok", and we both hung up (I never called back). When I arrived at the store I waited to be acknowledged and definitely did not shout "hey you". Once acknowledged my exact words were "hi I'm here to pick up this (showed online receipt), once the items were retrieved I asked " are we sure this is everything?" Inspected what we paid for and my father asked " do you have another box?". After packing it I left. Those were the only words I spoke and the exact interaction. Service: 1

I will not be back. They have great cakes and donuts. I always buy something for my daughter who is out of town. She grow up with Emerson's but!!! They have messed up my order everytime. I just went up and they said I could not order a small cake,new rule. To call day before and they may have a cake. The Older lady working there has said there is no white cream filled donuts. But I have ordered them. Sadly, I won't be back. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I was super nervous about ordering my daughters 1st bday cake and how it would turn out but We were very pleased with our daughters cake and smash cake. We will definitely be ordering here from now on.Thank you very much for a great job

I was to pick up a birthday cake at 1:00 at Hands Pike. When I got there they did not have the cake. They called around and the cake was at the Dixie bakery. They talked me into going to Dixie to pick up the cake. I told them I did not know the area on Dixie. I was told it would only take about 15 minutes to get there. I got lost & called my grandson. He also tried to get me there, I got lost again. I ended up in Independence, lost again. Went in the dollar store for directions, I did make it to Dixie. Could not find the bakery. Stopped at Bargain Barn, received directions & could not find the bakery. I called the Dixie store for directions the lady did not know how to help me. I asked for the manager, he explained that I had to go down a different road then hit Dixie again. I found the bakery. When I went in I asked why the cake was not at Hands Pike. They said it had a crack & they had to fix it. When I asked why no one called me or Hands Pike. I did receive an answer. This took me 2 hours to pick up my Grandsons cake. I was to pick up groceries between 2 to 3, I picked my groceries up at 4:30. This is not how I wanted to spend my Grandsons birthday.

Emerson's made our wedding cake and did an awesome job. The cake was beautiful and tasted delicious . The delivery driver was so sweet and caring. He called me to tell me they had to use 2 plates for the top layer so we needed to be careful not to bump the table. He even sent me a picture of the cake after he set it up. Great customer service from your driver.

Emerson's bakery designed a cake for my grandmother's 100th birthday. It was beautiful with delicate hydrengea flowers and butterfly accents. It was so special! They helped us determine the size we needed for 200 people (full sheet) with matching cupcakes (50) and a few boxes of their butter cookies (purple icing to match). The cake was moist, delicious, and flavorful. It exceeded our expectations! We would recommend Emerson's to everyone!

This morning stopped by Emerson to pick up some treats and Katie was so hateful. She presented herself as if she didn't want me in the establishment. I have participated in purchased many treats throughout the years but I will Never revisit that location again. Remember all cash is GREEN.

Emerson’s is the best ! I have been going to the Dixie Highway Florence location since the late seventies. They have always exceeded my expectations. Just recently had cupcakes made for my grandsons birthday. They turned out awesome as usual.
