Typically I go to Embers on the Lake, but I needed to pick up some Pizza for a friend and his wife who just had their first child. They also had never had them some Embers Pizza either...what!? So, I got them a Mamma and a Papa pizza (I mean it just made sense). They told me that this was the best pizza they had ever had...looks like some new lifetime members of the Embers fandom!! YUM! We have been multiple times and every time has been a good experience. The staff is always nice and attentive. The pizza is honestly amazing. There is such a wide variety and the crust is perfect and thin. They have a good variety of appetizers such as the cheese bread which is awesome. We did the meatballs this time and they were really good as well with a really good cheese on top. The Caesar salad was yummy. We did the potato pizza, I forget what it's called that it was amazing. I also love how they will let you split the pizza into two different toppings. We have also gotten the shishito peppers before and they are usually really good. Last time they were a little on the burnt side but still good. It is a nice open location with TV to watch games and I really love going there in the summer and you can sit on the patio and it's beautiful. I highly recommend checking this place out if you haven't yet. And not to mention the skillet cookie is amazing! The only negative is that sometimes the service is a little slow, but they are usually really busy.
