Amazing salad with fresh ingrediences and just enough protein and veggies. The chocolate ball was creamy, as if they added melted chocolate in it. We shared another bakery with rhubarb, which was super tasty. There was also a baby friendly toilet with a changing table available. Everything tasted great and was presented beautifully. We did not have to wait too long either. Would happily go back.
Mom and I go here once a year (It's a 1 hour drive from her house). It's a beautiful cozy cafe. The baked goods are always nice and their shrimp and egg sandwiches are good as well. This place can get very crowded on really nice days so don't be surprised if the line is out the door. It's worth the wait! On our last visit though it was fairly empty. They have plenty of seating both inside and outside.

I have wanted to visit this well renowned coffee shop and pâtisserie and finally got the opportunity while visiting the area. I was immediately struck by the friendly atmosphere and the very diverse audience – it is clear that this place is Norberg’s (maybe even one of Bergslagen’s) most important establishment and visitors are of all ages and seem to travel here from many different cities. The interiors are clean and really authentic, and it makes me really happy to see how well they restored the original vibe after the devastating arson six years ago. I tried their signature “Tangotårta” and “Norbergbakelse”. Both pastries looked really elegant, which was a positive surprise (I think I was expecting something more rough with less finish). However, both pastries were too sweet and lacked a complex flavour profile. Unfortunately the Tangotårta didn’t taste any pineapple at all and both pastries mostly tasted sweetened whipped cream. The waiting lines are long, even on a rainy Tuesday, but the service is speedy and the premises are large, so don’t be intimidated by the line which probably will exceed outside the entrance. Overall I’m really happy I finally visited Elsas, and although I hoped for more flavours, the atmosphere and the history makes this place worth a visit and I would definitely come back and try some other pastries.

The cappuccino is perfect taste, we were very satisfied with my girlfriend, she is not too much of a coffee person but this was marvelous. The chocolate cake was little bit too sweet but very soft texture and good mixture of tasted. The heart vanilla cookie omgg perfect. And we loved the macaroon. I hope we will come back very soon. The staff very friendly and warm environment.

A very good selection of fine Swedish cakes, all self made, and a neat cup of hot chocolate to go with it. Also a good selection of tea and coffee. Great historic atmosphere, a lovely place to spend some time and enjoy life!
Good classic Swedish fika, nice sweet pastries, some sandwiches and coffee in an old house. Popular place and often some queue, lots of free parking around.
An old building (from the 1890's) that was recently rebuilt due to a fire. Lot's of good pastries and traditional "Swedish fika". If you're hungry then there are also pies, sandwiches, sallads and other stuff to choose from if you're hungry.
