We liked it. Tomato enchilada is miles better than the cheese one if you're ordering. Feels more authentic. I loved the condiment tray that's brought out with the meal. Excellent Mexican restaurant! It’s a little off the main road but we were so happy we found this place. The food was very fresh, good portions and well prepared. El Bilgote is not your average gringo and not your average mexican food. It’s exceptionally good in the presentation and the taste of the food and the staff is very friendly, relaxed and helpfull. The location in a residential area and the colourfoll walls and music add up to the vibe. Best restaurant on Bonaire in my opinion. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
