So freaking stoked that El Barril is back. We were blind sighted and so sad when they announced they were closing. We went to a neighboring restaurant recently and we're shocked to see it open. This place looks old from the outside, but the inside is sooo cute!! Their food is great and everyone there was really nice. I got birria tacos and it was great. I will definitely come back to try other menus. Great for date nights. Their iced vanilla latte was also good. This is a nine table restaurant with a few seats at the bar. Very disorganized. For all the running around, you'd have thought it was a 30 table place. We waited 40 minutes for a table, which is fine, except we saw 2 seats at the bar and one open table and reservations are not accepted. The food is mediocre at best. Music is blaring, making it nearly impossible to hear anything else. Maybe with a few tweaks they'll do better.
