Our waitress was very nice and accommodating. The food was just okay. The refried beans that were served to us weren't hot at all and had an off taste. The Jalisco fajitas (chicken, beef, shrimp) were pretty solid. The shrimp was my favorite part, it was super flavorful and cooked just right. I would recommend just the shrimp fajitas. Super good food, great service, very reasonable prices and huge menu! Staff is super kind. Cactus salad side dish is not for everyone but if you're a fan of nopales you'll love it. It was really good! Salsa, bean dip and chips served. I got the burrito mexicano with grilled chicken. It came out hot and flavorful. Nice portions too. Thursday is ladies 1/2 off margs! My husband and I randomly selected this place off Google to eat. (We live 35 minutes away) We will definitely be back. The food was Authentic Mexican, there was a great variety of food from the menu, our waiter was fantastic, and the atmosphere was so nice. Great atmosphere, AWESOME waitress (Alisha L), great margarita and great food. What more could you ask for? The ground beef enchiladas were not the best I’ve ever had but the table side guacamole was delicious and my husband liked his burrito Mexicans. We will definitely go back! Get the Mexican corn as a side because it’s wonderful! Our waitress was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu- best waitress we’ve had in a long time!!! We decided to try out El Agave on Cinco de Mayo. So glad that we did. We have driven by numerous times with basically an empty parking lot so always assumed that it was not good. Wrong. Food and service was so good! Such a huge menu, something for everyone. We all had taco platters and I am already looking forward to going again! This was our first time at El Agave and we will definitely be back! The Mexican sushi was fantastic! We loved the bean dip and salsa that came with the chips! We ordered build your own burritos which has lots of options and includes up to 3 proteins, choice of two from various rice, beans, veggies plus cheese sauce options and the chipotle cheese sauce was phenomenal. We saved half of each of our meals and shared churros which were fresh and so delicious. Also I recommend the strawberry blended margarita! Super delicious! If you are craving some Mexican food I definitely would recommend El Agave. They have generous proportions for their price and they bring out the food in a timely manner. Also they have amazing bean dip, salsa and guacamole. The only thing I would add to their menu would be Chihuahua cheese because it is the best cheese.

We were able to be seated right away for a Saturday lunch. Waitstaff was friendly and knowledgeable. I had the octopus tacos with rice and beans and it all had good flavor.
