Aslında mükemmel lahmacunu var,laf olsun diye demiyorum gerçekten mükemmel lahmacunu var, ancak çok büyük sıkıntı var bu işletmede, müşteriye ağır saygısızlık yapılıyor.Oturuyorsun masaya,sipariş veriyorsun.Elbette fırının bir kapasitesi var.15 kadar masa var restoranda, sipariş alınıyor.Mesela 2 lahmacun istedin kişi basi.Yaklasik 1 saatte ilk lahmacun geliyor.Yiyorsun,2. Lahmacunun nerede.Yok,2. Lahmacun yeni siparişe yazılıyor 1 saat daha oldumu 2 lahmacun, hem de 2 saatte.Sorun su,fırının kapasitesi var,15 masa ve dışarıdan gelen yüzlerce eve servise hizmet veriyor daha doğrusu veremiyor, herkes mutsuz ama gene geliyorlar restorana,gene sipariş veriyorlar evden.Bu restaurant acil bir seçim yapmalı,kim senin musterin restorana oturan mi eve gönderecegin sipariş mi.İkiside deme maalesef beceremiyorsun Edessa.Ya başka yer kirala fırını büyüt,elemanı arttır ya da sadece oturan müşterinin karnını doyur, dışarıdan siparişi kes.Yoksa böyle böyle eriyip güzel lahmacununa rağmen kapanıp gidersin.Bunu hak etmek için gereken herşeyi yapıyorsun.
