They act as if you don’t even exist when coming in to be seated. Will never even consider coming back After reading the reviews others have left, nothing has improved and customers don’t really seemed to be cared about by the staff Employees can most certainly drive down establishments like these. If they don’t give a damn they shouldn’t be allowed to work there. As a customer, we should be treated fairly not as an inconvenience. I’ve told several people about my experience and none of them will ever consider coming to ECW in mocksville. It’s a shame to have to drive to another town, the management really needs to step up and take charge of this place. Had I read the reviews before coming I surely wouldn’t have even come. Our 1st time coming to this restaurant! Was excited to try it out but we walked in , NO GREETING at all , We sat ourselves , sat at a table for 15 minutes with NO ONE saying anything to us! 2 different waitresses passed by didn't say we will be with you In a moment , nothing! The restaurant only had people at the bar so it's not like they were busy. 2 different "to go" people came in after us & the waitress took their orders 1st!she could have atleast got our drink order! Absolutely my favorite wing place!! There are so many wing flavors to choose from, and you can try a sample of the flavors if you are curious what it tastes like. I have had almost every flavor of their wing sauces on the menu. I love them spicy, hot and sweet and savory! I love the mango bango, kamikaze, bang bang, chilli chilli bang bang, drunken apple, garlic parmesan, grand cayman, hey mon honey, harvest apple, honey garlic (my top fav.), jamaican jerk, martinique, polynesian, santa fe. Also, I really enjoy the buff. chicken dip and the poutine fries! Oh, and you can't forget to get the chocolate chip cookie skillet! Yum!
