*Carry Out order* Christmas Eve, and ordered one day in advance. This is what $500+ in this restaurant looks like… (tipped in cash) Now my genuine feedback: Sushi: 3.5/5 I was expecting something more authentic and freshly flavorful, and the sushi rice wasn’t really sweet/salty/sour, with lot of wasabi in them. Chef Crazy Salad: 1/5 Nobody liked it, looked like they just threw diced fish leftovers in it with no seasoning nor flavor, and just 1 surimi stick divided in 4 pieces, Chunks of Iceberg Lettuce. Shrimp Fried Rice: 1/5 Unfortunately the Shrimp Fried Rice just had 5 smalls shrimps and it was too salty, they put too much soy sauce on it. Lo Mein Pollo: 1/5 Come one… just 4 pieces of chicken!!! Pollo Sesame: 3/5 Too oily and so small pieces, it could be much better than that. FRONT OF THE HOUSE STAFF: They were doing a really good job, hard workers and always with a smile providing a good service. I might give another chance, but I can’t really recommend this place for a great authentic sushi experience. Not with the experience that I had. Too expensive for what you get in terms of quality and flavor. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $40–50 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

My first time at the place, the food was very good, from the appetizers to the main course. A place with a good atmosphere. Although the waitress was very attentive, the service was a little slow and she had to be reminded on several occasions of things she had forgotten. Service was excellent and the food was good, plenty per plate and tasty. Everybody in my table loved my noddles with pork. My drink was perfection, ordered an "Orgasmo". We had spring dumplings and Fried wontons with crab with cream cheese that were delicious. For dinner, we had a Tuna Sushi pizza, a Shimp Sushi roll with spicy crab, Pork Noddles/Lo Mein and a Sweet and Sour Chicken. I hadn't been here in years and it's still great! This place is spacious and has a vast menu. You have the option of sitting at a regular table or you can be seated in the hibachi area and watch the cook put on a show while cooking your food. I opted for the latter. First with the negative. I got the teriyaki chicken and it was bland. But I do not care because I enjoyed watching him cooking so much. We also ordered the general tso chicken and that was excellent! They don't make it on the hibachi. It's brought to you cooked from the kitchen. I took some of the sauce from the general tso and put it on my teriyaki chicken and it made a huge difference! We didn't like how cramped we felt at the table. I would've preferred more space and elbow room. But like I said... totally worth it because our chef was awesome! It's a nice experience for the family or a date night. Soup and salad were included in our meal. We also had 2 bottles of water and the bill came out to about $50 * EDIT: We made a reservation and they put the wrong time. We were still seated but that was annoying. Our waiter gave a very detailed orientation to one hibachi side but ours felt rushed and he neglected to tell us about other food options. Hence the 4 🌟 and not 5
Is a great family restaurant. The food was good, although the soup Hot & Sour it was a tad greasy and the taste was not there. For the rest, it was good. Order to share. We had no leftovers. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Crunchy Roll

Our first stop for food. We loved our experience here. We were seated fast, our server came to get our right away. She was very attentive with our request, (we requested a lot). Our food came out fast and everything tasted decent. But due to the great service, our food tasted great.

East Asian bistro is a high-end restaurant that caters to the wealthier population of Puerto Rico. The place is very open and airy, our chef was amazing and very funny. Really the display of the cooking and flying spatulas in addition to other acrobatics is what you go to this place for. Are sushi was overloaded with mayonnaise creamy substance, not the best one I've had. Nevertheless, for a special occasion and if you have the cash, this place is definitely worth it.

Good ingredients. I loved my miso soup, Moscow mule, and salad's ginger dressing. Asian Daisy was refreshing. Great atmosphere, good food and service. Nice Teppanyaki minishow. We made reservation before going. Parking available.
