Cute popular bakery and deli in downtown Long Beach. A busy spot, but the line moved quickly. They have a few items that are allergy friendly... dairy free + egg free (vegan). They are listed on the wall behind the cashier. The bacon wasn't crispy, but fresh, thick and had good flavor. I was told the breakfast sandwiches are very flavorful too. Free street parking. They have a couple of tables and stools inside, but most people were picking up food to-go. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Remember when you were a child and you’d get a treat from grandma fresh out of the oven? Yeah, this is that place. So so so many desserts and they are soo big! They also have a deli. We ordered a sandwich and a cup of chowder. The chowder was so chunky and the clams were just ugh! So delicious! The sandwich also didn’t disappoint. The staff were very friendly and the atmosphere was cute like grandma place. Cookie jars surrounded the top of the walls that wrapped around the store. Takes me back to when we had cute cookie jars for my little ones. For me this place is dangerous! I would be here every day if I lived close. So I will make it a tradition to frequent here any time I’m in the area for sure! So glad we stopped in at this place while on vacation in the area. Being from a higher elevation at home we don't have bakeries like this one. We had breakfast from here twice and all sandwiches were amazing. The only reason I'm glad I live far away is that their pastries are so good I would put on so much weight from being able to eat them all the time. The service was super friendly and attentive. If you are in the area be sure to stop in. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

So many goodies in one place. It was hard to choose from. Very delicious! We really appreciated that they were open on Sunday morning. Thank you for serving us breakfast.

Tried this on our trip up at Long Beach, WA but was unable to post until today. Purchased several donuts and cakes to try - was able to try the Devil Dogs, Tiger Paw and Carrot Cake so far. The donuts are 5 star solid and held well for a day after purchase. The carrot cake was great tasting but was overpowered by the frosting. Otherwise the carrot cake itself was fantastic. Definitely glad that we went to try this bakery and highly recommend it to anyone passing through. Their treats are amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A great place for a quick breakfast, lunch, or snack if you are in Long Beach. A local family run bakery that has gluten free options available. You can get a classic BEC on homemade gluten free bread. The chocolate chewies and coconut macaroons are a favorite no gluten added snack.

We tried breakfast sandwiches this morning 🌄 the Spanish, French and California. The Spanish was the best by far, followed by the Cali and lastly the French. French needs some sort of sauce, very buttery but no specific flavor. Spanish has peppers in the bread just wonderful 👍 not spicy just tasty. The really need to sort out the ordering flow. Slight rearranging of the cash register to the right side of all the cases would fix many of the traffic problems. Put both registers next to one another.
