Love the drink variety, coffee is not strong but teas are awesome. Not a fan of the overly enthusiastic staff but have been told they have to be that way or they get in trouble.

Absolutely adorable workers who are fast friendly. I do wish they had more people on hand in the morning. Unfair to the workers when there's lines and only one person on duty. But I still love love love love. They're coffee of all types .

Great menu, great app, great reward program…horrible upper leadership…not at the store level at the corporate level. Give them more payroll!!! Look at the reviews…we are all tired of waiting 20-30 minutes. I feel bad for the employees always working short staffed. I love the coffee..it’s better than 7-Brew. But when you have one employee and I have to wait 20 minutes it’s not worth it. 7-Brew will have 8 employees and get me my drink in less than 5 minutes.

If you go here, make sure to go through the drive thru. I repeat go thru the drive thru. The staff openly admitted to me that they prioritized the drive thru after I waited over 15 minutes for my drink that still wasn’t started. I saw cars that arrived after I ordered leaving with their drinks. I ended up getting a refund and left without my drink. I love Dutch Bros but I won’t wait 20 minutes for a coffee when I see others who arrived after I ordered being served first.

The coffee here is really good, however the service was terrible today. I usually wait around 20-30 min any given day for my coffee and this was fine with me. However, today I had waited more than 45min for a singular coffee (which I ended up not getting) only to have the guy with the iPad serve a different person who pulls into the second lane in front of me and three other cars who've been patiently waiting. I understand that the other lane is there if the line is long, but they need to do a better job of treating the customers who were there waiting first before others.

It breaks my heart to say this because I’ve been a fan of Dutch Bros for so long, and I was so excited to finally get one in Longview…but I don’t think I can come here anymore. The drinks are great, absolutely better than Starbucks, but no drink is worth a 45 minute wait. I feel like I’ve given this place chance after chance to get better these last few months, especially because I’ve never dealt with service issues like this at other Dutch Bros locations and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. But the number of times I’ve simply had to get out of line after waiting an absurd amount of time and not being talked to by anyone, or been trapped for close to an hour with no way of exiting the line, is frankly ridiculous, and today was the last straw. Even knowing how long the typical wait for this shop is and leaving home significantly earlier than usual to accommodate for it, I still ended up waiting 40 minutes for my drink, and there were only three cars ahead of me in line. Are there not enough people working at any given time? I usually only see one person making drinks, and that just doesn’t seem feasible. Maybe there’s some other issue I’m unaware of? Either way, it’s truly baffling, and I just can’t keep wasting my time hoping they’ll get better.
I just wanted to brag on this location, more specifically, Emma!!! She was so kind and helpful when I couldn’t decide what to get. She gets 5 stars from me! This was my first time at a dutch bros & I will be back!

The service was above exceptional. Was a bit disappointed not to be able to get a simple cup of coffee with cream. Instead I got six shots of espresso with oat milk and it was cold when I asked for hot. I enjoyed feeling my heart jump out of my skin after the first sip so I am a bit torn!!
