This location consistently gets my order wrong. I order it the same way every time, and they get it wrong every time. It's not a complicated order, I just like my chai a little stronger. But every time they make a chai with any change at all, they dump half a pot of coffee in. If I wanted coffee, I would not specify NO COFFEE! I don't like to throw words like "incompetent" around. But when they have screwed up a very simple order more than once a month for a year, there isn't a lot of wiggle room. This does not happen at other locations. It is a phenomenon contained to Tillamook in my experience. Given the plethora of competition, I doubt I will order here again. Love this place, they pretty much always get my drink right, only once was it wrong in all the time I've gone there, and they fixed it, and did it without seeming upset at me, witch doesn't always happen around here.... the staff are wonderful and friendly, if you are a regular who drinks the same one or two drinks, they remember 😉 they have an amazing crew, 👏 Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We came here tonight around 8 and our baristas were so helpful and kind! We celebrated my dogs birthday with a pup cup and they made him a beautiful birthday pup cup and patiently let us soak in a wonderful experience with our pup. They truly were the best Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Jillian is amazing we are visiting from Georgia and she was the sweetest patient host I’ve never had this coffee. I also can’t have dairy and didn’t know the drink I had was half and half she switched it to oat milk last minute that’s what I call service ! Amazing energy and personality and she gave me stickers to take back home. It’s the little things that make the trip memorable. This chick needs a raise! The person who took my order was very nice and helpful when choosing drink. I was there for about an hour from ordering to receiving my drink. Once 20 minutes had past I thought it would be easier to just leave since I had a 2 hour drive ahead of me that I was getting this drink to help with, however the area is so small that there was no way for me to get out of the line so I was forced to wait an hour for my drink. Deliciously addictive coffee and flavored beaverages served outta a shack by the hippest the youth has to offer. Never had a bad drinks and always leave with a smile. Specialty coffee of Oregon with many unique menus. The employees are friendly and delightful. There is always a long line but every efficient. As for myself, I tried one but not to my liking because after all the additional ingredients I hardly have the taste of coffee!
