I love Dutch Bros. in general, but we stopped by on my daughter's birthday. They gave her her birthday drink with the sprinkles and a cup of whipped cream for her birthday. My daughter loves coming here because everyone is so nice to her, and I love coming here because the coffee is good and consistent, and everyone is always friendly even when they're crazy busy. Well my other was way wrong I ordered a quad shot caramelized being the caramelizer already comes with three or should have only needed on extra instead I got 4 additional shots making the drink undrinkable maybe I want clear but I'm sure I repeated it several times maybe next time dutch. Merge lines terrible at this location. Girl taking orders were letting line jumpers go first. Pay attention to who was 1st. That behavior shouldn't be rewarded and will cause fights. Duh. Obviously people don't have any manners anymore that they cut and don't say anything. Also I always tip don't ask me if I want to tip you. Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Yep second time for a horrible experience, please figure out your merge better and please retrain the blonde that runs it Friday morning. Even tho you’re less than a mile from my house I’m going to the one by parkway.. you’ll never get a third chance for a bad experience.. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
