My wife drags me out to this place every couple of weeks. The coffee is better than Starbucks, but not worth the 20-30 minute wait that we have to endure half the time. And don't bother walking up to the window either... Great coffee as always, but the service has declined recently (2/2024). Specifically, the gentleman taking orders proceeded to have an approximately 10 minute conversation with the front person before even taking their order (with an increasing line behind us) and one person even came out to check on them, which then took another 2 minutes talking before taking their order. After this person got to our car, he was somewhat rude with us and even tried to guilt us for a higher gratuity. What an experience. Drinks are consistently great, but this location always seems to be slow, and probably understaffed. The people working here are always friendly and great to deal with.
