Service is always slow despite nobody being in there. On multiple occasions I have ordered items only to be informed after paying they aren't in stock. Both of these issues routinely happen. Go to Wawa down the street for your coffee fix. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

originally wanted a breakfast wrap, door dasher called and said they didn’t have any wraps/other options. resorted to order an everything bagel, came charred and burnt. food was inedible.

Ordered 2 packs of snacking bacon with some donuts around 11am today. Each pack looked less than half of what the usual quantity we get otherwise at other Dunkin's. Very disappointed.

I ordered on the app, they did not have an item when I got there to pick up. Unfortunately, this time around I was set on what I had ordered, and no, did not want a substitute. It does not seem to be all that uncommon to order on the app, and not have it available when you get there. This time, I did not want to switch. I asked for a refund, which for some reason in the past I had gotten from the store before. They did not know how to do this. So, not only are they not fully stocked, they are also not fully trained. This proven by the lack of customer service provided. The situation did end up snowballing, but asking why not “just get something else?” Or with one attempt at figuring it out, “if it does not scan it has to be done on the app,” _ which they also had no idea how to do. Pardon, but the I don’t give two sh*ts attitude towards customers shows a lack of training, training or care… which don’t handle my food if you don’t care at all. A better experience can be had elsewhere. Service: 1
I pull up to the drive-through they give me a price, I then roll up to the window. They charge me a dollar extra. I ask why, the girl said hold on. She then comes back and says it’s because you asked for no ice. I’m like oh OK. A little odd but I didn’t complain but then someone else inside yelled out it’s only a dollar… OK I didn’t say anything 🤷🏻‍♂️ There is no sign saying that there’s a $1 charge for no ice. Another time we order at work, our large coffees are half full. Scummy business practice. I will no longer give them any business. They are shady and not professional. Avoid them if you can.
