I ordered a coffee with almond milk but, when I received my order I noticed it was much lighter than usual and asked if they used almond milk to which I got “I didn’t make it” but the person who made it was right behind the lady at the window. A year ago

I go to this dunkin almost everyday. I was told my whole order was complete and even left a tip. I left and realized I was missing 3 items. I went back and they told me they were were out and that’s why they didn’t give it to me. I got two other things and a 3 dollar refund but i should have been told initially. I got home and my sandwich looked like this. Very upset I go to this dunkin atleast twice a week and leave a tip everytime. I work in customer service and understand but this is really just ridiculous. Wont be back
