It was busy for the pleasant valley parade and these young adults kept the line going, their people skills, and getting the job done was on point. A kid spilled hot chocolate, mom let them know and left, the guy nicely thanked her and kept his cool and cleaned it and back behind the counter. Phenomenal crew. 12/2/23 Service: 5

I placed an order for delivery and the delivery driver was the only positive part. The drinks were incorrect from what ordered. I wanted two large hot decaf lattes made with oatmilk and didn't receive them. Because I spent an absurd amount of money on it I drank it anyway and both were watered down. Very disappointed.
