I just ordered two bagels one for me and one for my three year old boy I pick it up I go drop him off at daycare and the bagels are literally rockhard. My toddler couldn’t eat breakfast today because they gave us rock hard bagels. There is a problem every time we go to this Dunkin I don’t understand how they could give someone bagels that can’t be eaten. Unacceptable . then I try to call them. They don’t answer they don’t have a phone . Now I’m on my way to work and the daycare teacher tells me that my son didn’t have breakfast because he couldn’t eat his rock hard bagel. Service was ok, but there wasn't a very good selection to choose from. I recently moved to the area and the variety of choices was less than I am accustomed to.
