Nice store but coffee and service both Crap! Had to wait 20 minutes for 1 egg and cheese wrap and 1 cream cheese bagel because they ran out of pancake for the wrap and plain bagels so had to sub both for the alternative. Drinks were lining the counters but no knew which drink was which because it was disorganized and the barista did not properly label each drink/order so they end up wasting more time trying to figure out whose drink is who and end up remaking a large portion of it because they were unsure. The male that prepared the food with his pant dragging below his waist flashing everyone in the store got aggressive with me because I asked why it take so long for fast food sandwiches. On top of that, it was gross watching him touch everything with the same pair of gloves he used to prepare the food. Definitely won't be back anytime soon. It took 25 minutes and me asking three different staff about my order before anyone bothered to make my food. Some of the employees were rude and dismissive. The guy making the food was rude when anyone asked about their order. One girls long nails were poked through her gloves. I don’t mind that they’re busy, but the general attitude and long wait sucked. Service: 1

Placed a mobile order. When I got there I waited in line for 30 minutes and got to the window and waited another 10 minutes. Was handed a barely warm coffee and asked what food I ordered they gave me the wrong set of donuts and had to give the right ones. The frosted donut was laying frosted side down in the bag. I really wanted this place to work because it's so close to my job. Everytime I order...bagels come out black and hard as a rock...they always short me at least one thing and online orders are pointless because "the machine likes being weird" he said lol. A 20 wait time...after arriving to the store AFTER I ordered 10min prior.....dude I expect that kind of wait time at a Einstein bagels or something because they have amazing quality. This place? Went to this location for the first time ordered kolaches and they were not cooked they were cold and the donuts are definitely not fresh very hard the coffee was good but the food was bad and the service as well person who toke our order was rushing us and was not friendly. 34 minute wait for a piece of avocado toast. Not to mention the bacon that was dropped on the floor in front of me and still put in a bag. Terrible service, worse attitude, pretty decent toast. I would definitely not recommend this place . The chocolate frosting on a hard bread I received was so hard . I took it to work and people took a bite out of it and threw it away in trash . The customer service was terrible no thank you or a hello . They place my cash change on top of the donut box and handed it to me without saying thanks . Definitely it was a waste of my money and time . If you like hard donuts with Duncan Hines frosting this is the place for you. Yikes Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My iced coffee was perfect. I would have enjoyed it more had the music not been so loud. I tried sitting there but eventually left. I was there to relax at a coffee house not at a dance club.
