When asked if they had their peppermint back in season. They said yes. Then I followed up with can I get a white chocolate peppermint mocha. They asked what size, I said 16oz.. they went silent, realizing their menu is S/M/L they probably don’t know what oz cups they have. So I made it simple and ordered a Medium… they gave me a price, I paid then asked if the coffe they gave me was espresso or drip…. They said drip🤦‍♀️ Last time I checked a Mocha is made with espresso not drip…… why don’t people take the time to train their employees so they don’t waste other people’s time and money.
