!!!STAY AWAY!!! On Friday 2/23/24 at about 1210pm my daughter doing a school project called from the school to see if the location would like to donate 2 dozen donuts. The guy on the phone proceeded to tell a 13 year old girl he would donate his nuts. I went to the location to discuss this with management, and was told the employees can't do that and it didn't happen. Management did not want to hear anything I was trying to say just deny deny

This place is bad. Customer service is worse. Make me wait 30 minutes on drive-through when I went to the window they said they don’t have donuts they’re out. Just be careful when you order something. Ask them if they have something in stock or not. I won’t be coming there anymore. Such a waste of time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Biggest issue with this location is most of the time you can’t even walk and you have to go to the drive-through because they’re so understaffed. Majority of the reviews lately are on point with the service provided but at sometime you have to decide you’re going to have better employee training and commit to providing at least halfway decent service. The young lady in the morning gave be $30 less. I later realized my total was $7 and I gave her $50. She only gave $12 change back. Not only that she rang up my order wrong too Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Never visit this place on Sundays, staff is so rude and the coffee they make is horrible. I wish I can give them negative stars. Strongly recommend for not to visit this Dunkin stop. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I love the coffee from this brand but this location maybe due to new staff the coffee is not so good as the location in1960. This Sunday the staff serving the drive thru was not very friendly, polite but not friendly. Also the service was very slow.... And I had only one car in front..... I requested the coffee with extra caramel and they forgot to put it in both coffee :/ Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

EXTREMELY Slow service. Drive thru line is always backed up and causes issues with dropping kids off at daycare and traffic jam. No once cares that you want your day old donuts or over priced garbage coffee. Move out of the entrance so parents can take our kids to school. Also slow down in the parking lot. Too many kids darting out. Trust me you don't want to make that mistake.

I took two of my daughters here for a daddy daughter date. We had coffee and donuts. I got a latte and two donuts. One glazed and one chocolate glazed. They had iced coffees and jelly filled donuts. I'm not a big fan of cake donuts and that's what the chocolate glazed was. The regular glazed was good and I always enjoy their lattes. My girls enjoyed theirs too. This location also has a Baskin Robins in it. Nice location.
