Went into the Dunks for mini bagel bites and a couple iced coffees after our walk in the Fells. There was a pretty young guy at the counter that took our order and I wanted to order the White Hazelnut Bark iced coffee with almond milk. He asked me to repeat the order, I did, and I pointed at the ad behind him to show what I wanted and he asked "Iced Coffee"? I said yes, but the Hazelnut bark one. He said okay, took my fiancé's order and we paid. I checked the receipt and it looked like something wasn't; right. He apparently only types in iced coffee with no flavor for my fiancé's and mine just said iced coffee. When I asked if there was the white chocolate he insisted I wanted regular chocolate, and I said no, then only said chocolate. SMH idk, he then said "No White Chocolate", okay then. He made me an medium iced coffee with 1 shot of Hazelnut and 1 almond milk. Not right at all, I was pretty upset already I didn't want to have him remake it.
I get if if you're new and don't understand but I pointed at what I wanted and he should have read back the order, but you need to listen and I don't want him to rush or get nervous with the order but may coffee legit tasted like an iced tea and even my fiancé thought so as well. She ordered a small iced coffee caramel raspberry regular but for some reason on the receipt it said "Small Iced Coffee" that is all. But I checked with him and they were out of caramel I guess so she only got the raspberry shot, regular.
Next time, we're ordering on the app. That was ridiculous and that kid needs some more training.

I was waiting for my food and coffee this morning and didn’t hear the worker calling for me, so the manager (short blonde) decides it’s ok to tell me to “wake up” in a very rude tone so as I work next door and am always there getting food as well as leaving a tip every time I told her how disrespectful that is and she won’t get a lot of business treating customers that way, if I was in my fifty’s working at a Dunkin’ Donuts I wouldn’t be happy with myself either, that doesn’t give you the right to take it out on other people. Go to any other dunks and get your moneys worth.

My husband and I traveled to the Boston area on vacation and we did not realize how many Dunkin' Donuts there are! We have a few in St. Louis, but the more I saw the signs, the more I wanted an iced caramel latte.
So we stopped here and got our coffee. The inside was very clean and the service was very quick! The latte was delicious and had just the right amount of caramel.

Most of the staff there are very polite. Always made my coffees correctly. They will also quickly remove disturbances quickly within the building i.e loud and obnoxious people.

Got medium ice coffee got it with less sugar and cream like I usually do there wasn't one bit of flavor that was coffee related it was like a cup of cold unflavorable drink. If I wasn't driving away it would of went back. This is the one on Rt 28 in Stoneham.

I love Dunkin, as everyone does, but this time my medium coffee was half empty (not half full actually, i pay for it) and i was very disappointed this time.
Always get my coffee wrong. I order a Large hot 4 pumps of hazelnut swirl and cream. I always get coffee just cream. It was just once I went there about 6 times and every time. Its wrong. I literally go 10 minutes out of my way before work to go to a different dunks
Food comes out good, but the staff is not all that pleasant and I find the coffee here is a bit watery/weak compared to most other Dunkin's. I've returned iced coffees a couple of times because of this. I would suggest going to the Dunkin' in Winchester center instead, if it's not too much out of the way for you... Or one of the other coffee places.
