I've been going to this Dunkin for a while now, but today was probably the worst experience I've ever had in one. Went to the kiosk, to order... That didn't work. It seemed there was a new hire at the front counter, some woman who was getting chummy with the elderly men talking to her. Anyway, after the kiosk didn't work my partner and I decided to order from the app while we sat at a table. The woman who was at the counter was approached by a young man and she politely asked him what he was waiting for, before looking at my parter and I and with an INCREDIBLY rude tone said "What are YOU waiting for? Because I KNOW I didn't get a ticket from you if you ordered from the kiosk". After which she placed our order on the counter and we politely replied saying "no we ordered from the app". When she gave us our drinks they were bland, tasteless and not even filled correctly, neither of which were in the wrong size cup. She got our donut orders right, so that happened at the very least. My experiences have been consistently disappointing, marked by repeated errors in our orders. My boyfriend and I like to get breakfast at least once a week, yet the past five to six weeks have been fraught with frustration. We've tried to make it easy by ordering through the app, but it seems like no matter what, we encounter issues such as missing items, unrequested additions like cheese, and receiving regular bacon instead of the maple bacon we specifically ordered and paid for. Even requests for cold foam in my drink have been overlooked. These mishaps aren't isolated incidents; rather, they've happened repeatedly over the past few weeks. What amplifies the disappointment is the glaring discrepancy between the accuracy of our orders as printed on the bag, drink, and receipt, and the actual items we receive. Despite reaching out to Dunkin' directly, contacting corporate, and even addressing the issue with the franchise owner of this particular location, there has been no noticeable improvement. This morning's experience was the final straw, leading us to decide against future purchases at this specific Dunkin'. It's particularly upsetting because I am an avid fan of Dunkin', and the ease of this store has been a major convenience. However, the persistent poor service, especially after escalating the matter to higher authorities, is just annoying.
