Firstly we went through the drive thru, and ordered 2 hot caramel coffees one black with a shot of espresso and the other with cream and sugar no espresso. (yes at first i did say iced but i corrected myself nd said “not iced hot pls”) we get to the window and they tired handing us iced decaf coffees tryna say that that’s what we ordered. then they go nd make the hot coffee and they still said that we said decaf hot with an attitude and a girl cursing in the background. nowhere did we say we wanted decaf coffee, plus it doesn’t make sense to me that id want a decaf coffee with espresso. Service: 1

Ordered a drink on the app one time and they were out of it but they offered to refund me or make me something else. And the woman was super nice too! much appreciation to her will definitely be coming back to this Dunkin! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I know why it's now called Dunkin without the donuts because they had no donuts or muffins at two in the afternoon??? Over priced coffee shop. Staff was friendly and helpful so review does not reflect service just the fact that donut shop doesn't have donuts. My daughter stopped at Krispy Kreme at 5:00pm at had no problem with a wide variety of very fresh donuts. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 5

Just pulled up to the drive-thru and when I got to the window when you look inside group of like three or four kids just standing around vaping kind of disheartening considering they're working with food and just blowing open clouds of saliva and vapor over where they prepare food.
