I love coming here for my coffee but lately it’s been a roller coaster. It’s very hard to understand the lady I’m not sure what she’s saying so it’s takes awhile to even place my order and other times the lady would tell me they are out of something but you can hear the crew tell the lady they do have it however the lady will still say they don’t have it and by the time I get to the window the young lady at window will tell me we made your coffee the first way you wanted it. I think there needs to be more organization in there or at least have someone that can understand use so I won’t have to change my whole order only to get what I asked for it’s stressful especially when you go in the morning before work Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Placed a mobile order. Go in to get it n it's not ready so I sit down. 1p minutes goes by n I go to the counter explain im waiting on my mobile order, the woman looks at my ticket sitting right in front of her on the counter n says ok. I sit back down. Another 10 mins goes by and no drink has been made. I go back up n ask another girl. I tell her the other woman had my ticket right there on the counter, she turns to the woman n asks her n she pulls it out of the trash can. The young girl made my drink right away but I was livid. How tf do u throw away my ticket knowing I'm here, waiting on my drink?! Had me HEATED! I ask her this and she just looked at me like she was dumb, no answer. The drink was trash n 20 mins in a store on a mobile order that should've been ready when I got there. No apology no refund nothing! Appalled! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
