Floors first thing in the morning look disgusting. If the floors look like that for customers to see then I can only imagine how dirty it is in the back. Cracked toilet bowl covered in urine stains. Place has to have roaches from how gross the whole place was. First and last time giving them my business.

I ordered ahead on the app. The app indicated the store was open. When I got there, the store was locked and no employees were there. This was around 6:30AM, so it looks like whoever was supposed to open the store never showed up that day. I had to contact Dunkin through the app for a refund (that I’m still waiting for a week later). Very disappointed and won’t go to this location again.
