Went here two days in a row. First day the lady was extremely rude and couldn't understand anything I was saying at the window. Next day my daughter got a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant and they gave her a burnt croissant with bacon egg and cheese. I told the guy at the drive thru that I also had a donut and he asked if it was in the bag with the sandwich (why would it be? That's kind of gross) so I double checked and it wasn't. Got some attitude when he had to go grab the donut. Don't mobile orders print out or come up on a screen so they can read it??? Plenty of jobs out there, if you don't want to work at Dunkin go somewhere else! Won't ever go back here. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Awful location although renovated recently went through today worst experience ever. Unfortunately it was the manager taking orders and she was pathetic. When you order like 3 items at a drive through which is not much compared to other people or places or dunks near me they have personality and amazing customer service. She literally kept sighing and sounding so bothered like she didn’t apply to work at this job knowing what she was expecting to do etc i literally after the third sigh had to ask her is she was Fing serious lol like she should quit if dunks is a hard job. ( which we all know it’s not ) When i made my Way to the window she was all attitude and just nasty but as i sat there waiting for my order that of course 3 items is hard to put together she says to the next car that pulled up to the order box “ ya your gonna have to wait “ then to her staff yea i don’t care hopefully people start driving off let’s see how long they wait “ there was only one car there mind you and me at the window very interesting way a manager can run such a place i literally hope she gets fired pr replaced she doesn’t deserve to have a job with a outlook like that towards customers idc what was her qualifications just breathing?!? I'm not from anywhere remotely close to this store. Where I'm from Dunkin doesn't exist. Some would say what we have is better... BUT THATS NOT THE POINT. My wife wanted an iced coffee, we travel the country, and she says Dunkin is about as good as it gets on the road. But thats not whats important either! Dunkin, not like the ones you find at Pilot and Flying J, has food. Now I was starving, they had breakfast options but it was lunch time and I'm not feeling brunch. They did however have a grilled cheese. Now I like a good grilled cheese, and i expected some sub-tier fast food grilled cheese on some basic wheat bread but boy was I wrong. I don't know what fancy bread they used, or cheezes but that sandwich was top notch. Look at my profile, hundreds of photos of food. This sandwich was so good it didn't get a photo. I have been a customer for a long time, but in the last few days, especially after the reopening, the service has become very bad. there is a gentleman who works there, I had a horrible experience with him, he handed me a cup of coffee that I simply opened. when I grabbed the coffee it spilled on me and on the center console of my car, with that I burned myself and got the whole car dirty… my leg was burned, and I already contacted the lawyer to file a lawsuit! Drove 10 miles to this location. They close at 9pm. Got there at 852 and they refused to serve me. There excuse was the company wants them gone at 9pm...so they throw everything out at 850.. Avoid this dunks at all costs. The people that work here have a terrible attitude constantly. They are always rushing people, yelling at them and getting orders wrong. It's the worst customer service I've ever received at a dunkin donuts and its happened numerous times. Will never go back again I've learned my lesson. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
