My friend and I stop here nearly every single day to get coffee before work. In the beginning, everything was great and a guy named John was great. But he disappeared and all of a sudden they are constantly "closed". But there are clearly employees in the parking lot either standing outside their cars woth other people or sitting inside their car, like they're on a date. Went through the drive thru, when I pulled up someone came over the speaker asking if I was using the dunkin app. I replied no then asked for my drink. No one answered so I gave them a few minutes, I heard nothing but silence. I said hello and nothing, gave it a couple more minutes said hello again still nothing. I saw an employee inside so I figured something was wrong with the speaker I pulled up to the window... the employee just turned off all the lights as soon as I got to the window. I didn't know what time they closed obviously it was right when I pulled up which is fine, but someone spoke on the speaker and all the lights were on couldn't they just say "sorry we're closing" instead of wasting my time and leaving me very confused on what just happened.

Idk why i keep.coming here, i get a machiato i looked very milky asked for a remake, they just gave me the same cup back and had an attitude about. I was just there for a nutty pumpkin with no sugar, I know the syrup has the sugar but I don't want grated sugar. Went through a second time and it happened again. Disappointed i understand that my order gets made wrong from time to time but I was made coffee with an allergy that I have not only that but it wasn't even the right Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10
