I've always talked this Dunkin up, saying its the best in the radius of Hanover and Nanticoke... well I changed my mind. Food is ice cold, I only got half of my food. I paid extra for cold foam and there was a very very thin layer. I'm so upset. This was the new nice Dunkin in the aera too. I will drive the extra 15-20 minutes to go to Forty Fort. the traffic is stupit 10 cars stuck to the light to get coffee that as no taste to it a hot coffee is cold cold is hot u get iced coffee get with no ice u will not get coffee they thinkk they are better then u since they work at a donut shop grow up people are better then u your a pesent working at dunkin grow up food is alwas bad and never with anythin to them hire better staff Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We had a bad experience with one of the cashiers, but lately everyone is great. Compared to other coffee shops, Dunkin has better prices, and a great selection of breakfast foods to chose from. Their seasonal flavors are always delicious!

I've had a few decent experiences here since the remodel but generally the coffee is not good. It usually tastes like water with flavoring in it. We'll usually head up the road to Edwardsville as it's usually much better but decided to give the Plymouth one a try today. My dog absolutely loves Dunkin in particular so we usually bring him. He's a good boy and should be given cheese. Unspoken rule in the dog world. Drive thru person barely said a word and was too distracted by other people talking. I get it. Service industry sucks in general but at the bare minimum a coffee shop (especially an international chain) should have at least decent coffee. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
