This location has a despicable employee. I was waiting in line for my coffee when I young woman was coming in for her interview and asked the older woman with long gray hair at the counter where to go/what to do. That employee was condescending, disrespectful, and instead of helping or getting a manger, she decided to yell at this poor girl (who was incredibly respectful this entire time). Even another employee audibly said "damn, lighten up she's just a kid". That's not how you treat another human being. Plus they got my coffee wrong at the end of all this but the hash browns were amazing. Never going to this Dunks again. I hope that older woman with the long gray hair gets fired.
