I work close by this location and this is my go to coffee stop. Normally my coffee is made to perfection! The last few times I have been by to get my coffee fix, my experience wasn't up to the great expectations I have for this place. I order the same drink everytime I go by the last few visits were the worst by far. I took pictures to post but am not seeing the option to add photos anywhere. So my order is specific and I never mind paying extra for all of the goodies I want in my drink. I did not relieve the caramel drizzle I requested and also asked for extra of they may have used caramel syrup by mistake but it definitely has not been the taste I'm going for. Worst Dunkin in the area, been to this location twice and both times it has been horrible, everything is messed up. Food and coffee tastes so burnt, the people taking and giving orders are rude and barely say anything. Both times orders have been wrong and missing stuff. Also they always forget to give straws so we went to the Starbucks next door and they helped us easily. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This place is awesome ! Went inside and noticed that almost every employee was scrubbing. Cleaning under the furrdown, even cleaning the underside of the trash receptacles. I was so impressed. This morning I was told the donut maker did not come in. The only kind of donut they had was an old fashion. Well I was fine with the old fashion. The nice man told me it was the only donut they had fresh. Well then why was it freezing cold and half frozen. I did call because I do not like getting lied too. The phone number does not work. This is rare for a donut to be that cold.
