They don’t seem organized at all. One person started taking my order at the drive thru and then another person finished it. At the window I was asked what I was waiting for. The food is all burnt. the whole time i had a hair in my drink 😒 i always ask for extra vanilla swirl, they disregard my request & just make it how they want. i go to other dunkin’ donuts and my drinks always tastes better. last time im going there. shut it down. 10am and we got shafted with not just donuts but our coffee too. Chai looks like straight milk, and my hazelnut was awful. Avoid this one at all costs because they have gone downhill massively.
