I was here two years ago actually. But best service I've ever had. Pretty sure the boss served us and he was so nice and helpful! Gave us tips about the area, showed pictures for hiking suggestions and gave a free pie with us, as I had decided not to get one as I was looking for another type of pie. What a delight in a small town. We had been camping for five days and we weren't sure what to expect for food in Hanksville, UT but we knew we had to eat. We arrived at an off time so we were the only ones in there. Place was clean. Service was great. Food was delicious. We had a couple different appetizers and three different meals. Everyone really enjoyed everything. I highly recommend the brisket nachos and pulled pork sandwich. My friends loved the trout. Absolutely a delightful place to stop! A John Wayne tribute eatery, the ambiance is pretty cool and the food was delicious. The bathrooms were the cleanest I’ve seen in a restaurant in a while. If you’re coming to see Capital Reef or Goblin Valley, you’ve gotta stop by Hank’s! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
