While I do enjoy the food and drinks here, and I definently have enjoyed my time here in the past, recently I have noticed the the quality of certain types of food hasn’t been up to par as of late.
I’m not exactly sure if there has been a change when it comes to the cooking staff, but I’ve noticed that the rice quality has either been undercooked or over cooked to a point where it has been mushy and for me texture is a really big thing so I wasn’t able to finish it based off of that, also the sweet potatoes in one of my dishes was halfway raw and it felt like I was kinda eating half cooked potatoes.
Usually I love this place because it has been a great help within my diet, but I hope these issues I have noticed could be fixed! I really do enjoy your guys place and I hope you take my words into consideration!

Originally I thought this was a great spot, but after the last few times I went there it has not impressed. They got my order wrong, giving me the wrong food item. They have no sense of urgency, they run each food item to the tables instead of calling order names, which would be fine except they have no dedicated food runners and it makes service even slower. They gave me a coffee that had a lid that was cracked in half so it was spilling everywhere, it was clearly defective and they still gave it to me while it was spilling everywhere all over the counter. When i asked for a new lid, they acted like it was below them and made me switch it out at the counter which made an even bigger mess. I originally rated this 5 stars but its barely a 2 star place.
