Fantastic place. Absolutely fantastic coffee. Great cakes. The only issue is that breakfast could be improved - some croissants or French/Viennese pastries would be nice.

Used to love coming to this coffee place alone with a book, writing but also with friends for over 4 years. Until... Today I was introduced to the new rule. Pay1,80/hr if you want to work there. The new brochure looks a bit like we are being taken for idiots. ( Free water, nice chairs, clean toilets...nothing changed... Its exactly the same place with the same attributes) Even though I understand the place was getting too crowded with people taking advantage and staying for hours on their laptops without consuming enough for the place to be profitable enough, I think this new policy will highly deter your long-term customers ( I am one of them) that were actually consuming and not taking advantage of the place. The concept should have been introduced in the first place and not as a result of a bad management of the place. It's bound to have repercussion on customer satisfaction. As for me even though I used to love coming at your place, I will find a new location. I do not like the way this policy suddenly changed and am very unhappy with the way I was introduced to it today. Also observed how other customers were feeling disturbed about it. There should have been a better solution for this!
