I put in an order and when the tracker said the order was ready I went to pick it up and the order wasn't ready, they promote if your order isn't in your car in 2 min you get a free pizza and that didn't happen. They claimed they lost one of my pizzas, that they would have to make it again so I waited patiently for another 10min to allow them to fix their mistake. At that point I would've expected that pizza to be free of charge! When I got home with the pizzas one of them was a small pizza and I had ordered all larges. When I called to talk to the manager, I asked for her to issue me a refund for the small pizza they had to remake she refused the refund request and told me they'd replace it AGAIN but I'd have to go back to the store to get it. No way I was going to do that, I say the YouTube video of them "remaking" a pizza a customer wasn't satisfied with. The manager offered to put a credit on my account for a large pizza for my next order, no such credit has been issued.

Delivery man forgot an item on our order and said he had to return to the store to pick it up. About 30 minutes later we watch him pull into the parking lot again but quickly reverse and leave. Seems like he forgot the same item a second time. Never saw him again after that. The pizza we did get was decent though. Service Delivery Meal type Lunch Food: 4 Service: 1

I was broke down on cabbage Hill on 23 December. The guy spoke to was very rude and inconsiderate and he sounded like a robot kept on repeating we don’t deliver that location we don’t deliver to that location even offered him a $200 delivery fee. He was very rude and on empathetic he needs to be fired. Believe he was the manager. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

For being short staffed the crew is doing an awesome job! The pizzas are delicious, hot chocolatey desserts are amazing. The delivery drivers are awesome and do their best to get your orders as soon as possible. Please leave a tip as the delivery fee isn’t for them. Thanks! 😊

I was here 12/02/2023 about 630 pm my pizza was spot on and cooked perfectly I went inside for pick up and the crew they have was working so hard and was in such a awesome flow! 10/10 dominos experience Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Order took over 50 minutes from order being placed to delivery. What ever happened to under 30 minutes or order is free? Or even $3 off if over 30 minutes? Order was missing item, specifically bacon cheddar tatertots, When I reported the problem on delivery insurance in the app I was given the choice of 60 pts to my account or 20% of next full menu Order, what I wanted was the item I ordered.
