I walked into the store there was food on the floor and 5 employees there. Only 1 of the 5 was working. The other 4, including the manager, were standing around watching the Super Bowl. While I was waiting for my food the alarm for 2 other orders came in and the manager told them they were going to wait until the game was over. That's excellent service. You can listen to the game while you work. If you can not do both then do your job. The manager is supposed to lead by example. I also want to know when it became OK for long hair to be left down when working with food? All the years I was a restaurant manager all hair had to be pulled back. I ordered a pizza with light cheese and got extra sauce instead. I can’t even pick up a slice without it flopping over my fingers because it so heavy. I was originally told it would be done in 15-25 minutes but ended up waiting for a whole HOUR. Staff was very unorganized. Brandon and Zach went absolutely out of there way tonight! My husband was late picking up our order because of our sick baby, and these guys not only remade it but one of them spent their own money to give us a drink. Super awesome dudes and super thankful to have met them! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered a pepperoni pizza 🍕 and the dough was not done in the middle and it didn't taste good at all! From reading other reviews, others have said the same thing! Staff needs to be retrained on how to cook food thoroughly and properly. Unfortunately will not be coming back.
