Missed the 5 star food rating for a couple reasons: Asked for bun to be toasted, didn’t happen. Although food was handed to me immediately after it was “cooked”, when I got home and ate it 10 minutes later, the cheese on the cheesesteak had never melted. The sub and French fries were room temp at best. Boardwalk fries where soggy, limp and way undercooked. The onion rings were room temp as well but at least they were somewhat crunchy. The food is always great. Everytime I order a breakfast sandwich they skip no steps. It always has more meat on it than anywhere else. The food has a great taste. Same thing with the subs. I get the subs regularly and they’re always loaded with good meats and cheeses and the bread is delicious. Their service is always warming and friendly. The newer staff don't have good customer service skills. You have a couple that make you feel right at home and the rest make you feel uncomfortable. If I have to stop there I'm in and out. Good gas prices and cool little things you can buy but it's definitely crammed and those aren't the people you want to be stuck in close quarters with! Overall a decent place.
