Several complaints with pick-up today. The order has about 150, pieces and less than 30 items. When the items were moved to storage, five items were missing, 15 pieces were missing, The round trip distance one hundred miles. I phoned the manager for the pick up operation. The phone call was never returned. I phoned the store manager, twice, the call was not returned. (My phone battery got tired between 6-8 PM.) I am ordering the missing pieces, and make the drive tomorrow morning. The good of the the day, gas pump discount was $.65/Gal
